Gem Goktepe, LUTCF, is the president and founder of SkyHill Insurance Services, Tampa Florida. Mr. Goktepe has been helping local residents plan their retirement for over 15 years and specializes in the area of Pension Maximization, IRA-401(k) roll-over distribution, tax strategies and income planning along with Life Insurance, mortgage protection, final expense and Long-term care planning.

Mr. Goktepe has his BS degree in management from Sacred Heart University Fairfield, Connecticut. He and his wife and their three children live in Wesley Chapel Florida.
